Variations of standard gearboxes
Endless adaptability for your gearbox
TANDLER has always stood for virtually 100 % vertical integration. The following presents a few examples of how our standard gearboxes can be adapted:
Our standard gearboxes and special stainless steel versions comply with the hygiene requirements of the food industry. In order to facilitate cleaning, these gearboxes only have the screw holes that the customer requires by default.

We also provide our bevel gearboxes in an ATEX-certified version for use in explosion hazard areas. ATEX gearboxes by TANDLER comply with the regulations of the EU Directive 94/9/EC – Explosion protection for non-electric devices, within the specifications of II 2 GD ck T 135°C (T4).

Our control over every manufacturing step allows us to match the gearbox ideally with each application. Reinforced bearings and special seals or cooling options are all routine requests for us. In addition, features such as special journals, special flanges for accommodating motors, sensors, or units, and customer-specific fastening options are also possible.
